Location: Hampton, Malpas
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly, family-run business in Hampton, Malpas. As an Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team by managing client communication, scheduling jobs, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients to schedule and book jobs
- Manage correspondence via phone and email, updating spreadsheets and portals
- Assist senior administrators and prepare documents for contracts/account managers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries
- Prepare quotations and sales invoices
- Support with general office duties and administration
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
