We have just finished a project on four beautifully specified, high quality contemporary apartments in the Devisdale area of Bowdon, Cheshire. Every four-bedroom apartment is situated on a single floor and have three secure basement parking spaces. It is surrounded by extensively landscaped gardens. The penthouse has a roof terrace with spectacular views and a lift that opens directly into the flat.
Upon entering the apartment, the shear scale and theatre of the space really draws you in. Elegant slender stone detailing creates a shadow play that highlights the material that wraps around the entrance lobby. The large singled level apartments have been designed to provide more space than most large houses with unprecedented space and light. There’s no comparison at nearly 4,000 square feet each, with floor to ceiling windows.
Located in Bowdon, Cheshire, this project has been a privilege to be a part of. Creating such an aesthetically pleasing space enhanced by modern light fittings and fixtures is always satisfying and the end product makes everything worth while. Working for Short Construction, our project included:
