We’re delighted to announce the opening of the latest Le Bistrot Pierre in Weston-Super-Mare. Located on Beach Road, this is our 6th site for the French restaurant chain.
This spectacular site has incredible panoramic views across the bay, beach and Grand Pier and they’ve made the best use of these views by installing new large, floor-to-ceiling windows – flooding the restaurant with light and allowing for a truly memorable dining experience.
The new restaurant seats approximately 180 diners and features a large bar area downstairs, extensive outside terraced areas and a balcony for customers to enjoy the stunning views and beautiful meals by the sea.
We’re really pleased to have been involved in this exciting project. The restaurant looks truly elegant with bespoke glass light fittings and angled spot lighting complementing the light, bright interior. Art Deco style accessories and velvet soft furnishings add to the luxury finish. The unique style is paired with wooden paneling on the walls adding a nautical feel and giving a nod to the beach front location.
